This is our 1985 Pilgrim Slide in Truck Camper on our 1982 Toyota SR5 2wd pickup.
One nice thing about having it on a toy truck with only 2wd is it had a high clearance of only 8'2"
The width of this camper is only 6'. We took it thru many a drive thru fast food joint.

We upgraded the truck only to a 2000 Ford Ranger. The propane is a single horizontal tank.
Since there is not hotwater tank, shower, or toilet, It seemed to have as much storage as our other campers we have had since.

View inside of camper from bunk. The fridge is under the counter on the left. It is a 3 way fridge. (12v, 110v, or propane) The sink is a hand pump.

Dinnette and bunk when all is put away. We rarely had it set up this way.

The top bunk slid out making a king size bed. (Largest bed I ever saw in a camper)

Dinette also broke down into a small bed.

This is how we normally camped. Both beds set up. Since we spend most of our time outside.
Our 3 ~ 60lb dogs rode on the bottom bunk. The top bunk kept stuff from falling etc, and the sliding window in both truck and camper made it feel as though they were in the backseat.

Biggest issue with the dogs in the camper was Shetara dog liked to hang partway in the cab. (we made her scoot back while driving)
